Art therapy is where creativity and healing meet.It uses the process of art making to explore emotions, identity, and experiences we don't always have words for. You don't need to be an "artist." All it requires is the openness to seeing what shows up when you let your guard down.
Why It Matters to Me
For me, art making started as escape and grew into reflection. Over time, I realized that same process of creating, stepping back, and seeing differently can help people heal, grow and express.
My background in art therapy shapes how I approach creativity: as a tool for connection, not perfection. Whether in a group setting or personal practice, I see art as a way to pause, process, and find presence.
A Note on My Work
While I don’t offer clinical therapy services through this website, the heart of my work is guided by the same values that art therapy teaches: empathy, expression, and curiosity.
My workshops and creative sessions draw inspiration from art therapy principles, focusing on process, mindfulness, and community without offering formal treatment.
If you’re curious about exploring creativity in community, I host reflective Paint & Sip sessions and workshops designed to help you reconnect with the joy of making.
Whether you’re celebrating, processing, or simply pausing for a moment, these sessions are spaces to breathe, play, and be present.
